يلعب الذكاء الاصطناعي دوراً بارزاً في تعزيز التحول الرقمي وتسريعه في مجالات عديدة؛ فمن خلال أتمتة العمليات التقليدية وتعزيز التحليلات التنبؤية، أصبح بإمكان المؤسسات معالجة كميات ضخمة من البيانات وتحويلها إلى رؤى عملية تساعد في فهم الاتجاهات السوقية والتغيرات المحتملة، مما يمكّنها من بناء خطط استراتيجية مرنة وفعّالة. وتُظهر الإحصاءات أن 55% من المؤسسات حول العالم باتت تستخدم حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي في بعض عملياتها التجارية، وأن 94% من قادة الأعمال يعتقدون أن الذكاء الاصطناعي ضروري للنجاح. غير أن التحدي الحقيقي لا يكمن في الآلات، بل في الإنسان الذي يوجّه هذه الأدوات ويوظّفها خدمةً لأهداف مستدامة وقيم إنسانية راسخة.
