A pioneering development project developed by the Amal for Community Development organization in Kenya to address the challenge of unsustainable funding faced by 78% of NGOs in Africa. The model combines international grants, local donations, and income-generating activities into an integrated funding system and has achieved exceptional success in promoting financial independence and expanding the scope of services.
